Westpac Bank

Westpac's most popular online tool, their personal account chooser calculator, had never been updated. I was brought in to redesign and reskin it to match the current Westpac website, while working within the existing codebase and user flow.

The calculator was more complex than it appeared. Users could navigate 3-4 distinct decision paths, each surfacing different account options depending on their circumstances. The challenge was modernising the visual design and making it fully responsive without disrupting a user flow that thousands of customers relied on daily. I worked directly with Westpac, independently, completing the project in 2-3 weeks.

I handled the full design and front-end development myself, from visual redesign through to responsive implementation within the existing codebase. The work required working carefully around established interaction patterns and code constraints while delivering a result that matched Westpac's updated brand.
